Dear customers of 13 Home Live Mall, kindly take note of our exchange and refund TERMS AND CONDITIONS below:
1) Please notify the admin of any exchange or refund request within 7 CALENDAR DAYS from date of receipt of products. Refund/Exchange policy will be nullified if request is made after 7 calendar days from date of receipt.
2) Exchange Policy:
- Upon receiving your items, please check for any defects/wrong items immediately.
- In the event of any defects/wrong items received, customers need to inform us within 7 CALENDAR days from date of receipt of items for us to rectify the purchase
- Your item is eligible for exchange/refund within 7 CALENDAR days, please proceed to return the item(s) to our office within 7 CALENDAR days for an exchange/refund.
- Should you not want to return the item in person, you may opt for a courier to send in on your behalf. Any courier fee to return the item(s) is borne on the customer's end
3) Refund Policy:
- Customers not totally satisfied with the products have to inform us within 7 CALENDAR days from date of receipt of item for return and refund
- All items must be brought down to our office within 7 CALENDAR days from date of receipt of item
- There will not be any cash refund on the spot
- Refunds can be done in the form of store credits or bank transfer only, and only on UNOPENED items
- Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with no additional damage, and include all original packaging
- The refund policy is STRICTLY within 7 CALENDAR days from date of receipt of item
4) Exceptions to Refunds and Exchange
- There shall be no refunds made for accessories/jewellery/crystals/sugilite purchases
- There shall be no exchange/refund for intimate wear like panties, bra and undergarments
- Any exceptions not mentioned above shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only

Please note that for items made from 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, such as 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀, slight variations in colour and size may occur. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
